The previous brand no longer matched the agency’s ambition. It felt energetic but not enterprise-ready, and it didn’t scale well across markets, formats or teams. We needed to retain the spirit of experimentation while elevating credibility and consistency for international growth.
We rebuilt the brand from the ground up. The identity evolved into a refined visual system with a confident wordmark, a flexible “S” device, and a calibrated colour palette. We defined a plain-spoken voice and messaging framework so every touchpoint told the same story. Client decks, sales materials and social templates were redesigned to work fast and look premium. The website was re-architected and rebuilt to guide prospects from credentials to contact with clear proof and case studies. Alongside the creative work we delivered a growth strategy with simple goals, a publishing cadence and a set of repeatable campaigns the team could run in-house.
The rebrand repositioned Sprints & Sneakers as a mature, international agency without losing its experimental edge. The new system scales cleanly across markets and channels, supports hiring and new business, and set the stage for the company’s growth plan. The brand set an ambition to reach €10M ARR within three years and has achieved 35% growth in 2025 to date.
Deliverables included full brand identity and guidelines, tone of voice and messaging, redesigned client decks and sales materials, a new marketing website, social and content templates, and a practical growth plan with campaigns the team can execute. Work was led by Julian New across strategy and creative direction, with specialist partners for design and development.
Next projects.
